DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY

Items usually ship within 3 business days. Once the item leaves our warehouse, the Shipping Method you choose on the Cart page determines how quickly your shipped item delivers to your doorstep. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Safe N’ Ready’s control once it leaves our facilities, Safe N’ Ready cannot be held liable for late deliveries.

The online store ships items only within the 50 United States. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States. You may not export any products purchased at the online store.

The online store does not support shipping items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses. To ship items to an additional address, please place a new order at the Safe N’ Ready online store.

WARRANTY / RETURN POLICY

All products sold by Safe N’ Ready are sold with, to the extent that such warranties exist and are transferable, the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Please read all warranty material carefully, as the warranty period, and transferability varies by manufacturer and product.

All returns require previous written acceptance and approval on the part of Safe N’ Ready before they may be received for any credit. Unless otherwise agreed upon by Safe N’ Ready , any returns must be made with shipping prepaid by the customer.

Defective product may be returned to Safe N’ Ready within 90 days of the sale, as determined by the invoice date of the items sold by Safe N’ Ready. Defective product returned to Safe N’ Ready within 90 days of invoice date will be replaced, repaired, or credited to the buyer at Safe N’ Ready’s discretion. Defective product returned after 90 of invoice date will be subject to the manufacturer’s prevailing warranty policy.

Other than the return of defective product, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Special order items.
  • Items with issues not covered by manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Items showing obvious signs of abuse or misuse.

If product does not match the product described in Safe N’ Ready invoice, the return will be refused and no credit will be issued to the customer. The customer may be responsible for any freight and/or other applicable handling fees for this unauthorized return.

Non-defective items approved for return will be assessed a 15% (fifteen percent) restocking fee if they are returned in new, resalable condition (items must be in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories included). Items returned with missing parts, accessories, manuals, etc., may be assessed an additional remanufacture fee.
Please allow one week for payment processing of allowed returns. Credit for allowed returns will be processed based upon the original payment terms. No cash refunds will be made on returned items.
